READ THIS IF YOU HATE THE DENTIST.After being traumatized as child, I PETRIFIED of going to to the dentist. So much so I'd hadn't been in 14 years.But after a big change in my life, I plucked up the courage to go.Rakhi made me feel so at ease and comfortable from my first appointment, explaining everything as she went. As you can imagine I needed a bit of work done, a couple of new fillings and some old ones required an upgrade and don't forget few trips to the hygienist.After a year of being a patient here, I decided to have my teeth whitening done. Rakhi took the time to explain the difference options, as I have dead tooth at the front, we opted for the 3 week enlighten system. And WOW, what an amazing results. I've been getting so many compliments about how good they look!I can't thank Rakhi and the team enough for making me feel comfortable and (I can't believe I'm saying this) enjoy coming to dentist.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed an emergency dental appointment for an abscess my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in neither could 111 . When I phoned and spoke to Hayley I was in tears and in a world of pain she was more than accommodating and offered me an immediate appointment . On arriving they were so helpful and caring and the Dentist Mark was so knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they sort out the problem but guided me in the next steps to prevent the problem occurring again . I have now registered with this practice as the service is just amazing . Such a friendly and supportive team .

I can’t recommend Marc and his team enough at Banstead Dental Care. Right from my initial Invisalign consultation, to my final day today, I knew I’d made the right choice. The process took a little bit longer than Invisalign initially predicted, but Marc made sure I had the perfect result with his attention to detail, professionalism and determination to get it right. Friendly staff and comforting environment. Always helpful and understanding. I’m a very anxious patient and they have been very supportive working with me through my treatments, always clearly explaining the processes and available options to me. I will never look forward to going to the dentist but I know in time I will feel less anxious and will continue to go which for me is a huge win. Having only recently returned post COVID to the practice, it was reassuring to receive the same fantastic dental care from Rakhi that both I and my 3 children received over many years previously. I've been going to Banstead dental for years now and I can confirm that their service is exceptional. Dr Kunal has a great sense of humour and I always look forward to my appointments. Not only that but he does an incredible job with my teeth and gums. I've had teeth whitening, wisdom tooth extraction, deep cleans and hygienes. Dr Kunal is also the dentist for the rest of my family and he makes my 4 year old son very comfortable with the experience. He's a true credit to the profession and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and the team.

When I moved to Banstead in 2017 I didn't really think about going to the dentist as the last one wanted to pull my wisdom tooth out for no reason.When I got private care from work I thought I'd try these guys out. The best dental practice I've ever gone to, really kind people and very helpful. Able to resolve any issue I had with my teeth and gave me sound advice. 10/10 would recommend.

New to the practice and needed fillings, root canal treatment and 2 crowns. Very quickly felt comfortable with Dr Clery and happy with the fillings. The crown work was also very good, with an amazing colour match, I can’t tell which are crowns and which are my teeth! Dr Lee did the root canal work and put me at ease immediately. It is hard to feel relaxed when having dentistry, but this was a very positive experience and I am happy with the care I have received at this practice.

Being an extremely nervous patient and travelling to Scotland to see my family dentist for the last 20 years, I knew the time had come that my children and I had to find someone just as good and caring down South. This was a massive step for me. Marcus is by far much more than I could have imagined. From my first visit when I was in tears to now it's second nature to sit in that chair. My children have no anxiety and all the dentists, hygienists and reception staff and so friendly, welcoming and lovely, putting anyone at ease. I highly recommend this practice. It's state of the art and modern technology is fantastic and in my opinion they go above and beyond to help in any situation. 5***** all the way from The Bakers!!!!!!

I’ve been a patient with Marcus and his team since 2020 during the pandemic where he was able to provide me an emergency appointment at a time when dentists were not available. The practice is very friendly, professional and informative with regards to the health status of your teeth and are very amenable to your needs. Banstead Dental Care are highly professional, very friendly and helpful. I've been using the practice for a number of years now, I've had many treatments including getting my teeth straightened using Invisalign, teeth whitening, as well as usual check ups and regularly visiting the hygienist. I travelled all the way from north wales to have my teeth done by Kunal, who was highly recommended to me. He was 100% worth the travel as my teeth look stunning and I now have a beautiful new smile for my wedding in September. He was able to squeeze my appointments in and get my teeth finished in time with not much notice at all. I had whitening and composite bonding done on my front teeth. Thank you so much

I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have very sensitive teeth but Bandstead Dental Care have always taken that into account whilst treating me which not only puts me at ease but means it no longer pains me to go to the dentist! They also offer a very reasonable dental plan which helps pay for check ups hygienists etc but also makes sure I never miss my appointments. 100% recommend!

After leaving it so long to visit the dentist due to my anxiety, I was looked after so well by everyone - from reception staff to my hygenist but special mention to Raki my her patience & understanding of my anxiety. Her calmness & support enabled me to come back and have a particularly large filling replaced and also a smaller one. Still not finished but feel better for having been there!

I have spent years hating going to the dentist and still don't like it however Rakhi has made necessary treatment bearable, she has completed a number of large fillings in my teeth with no pain. She is calming and understanding and without her i suspect i would have some very serious problems with my teeth. Anyone that is nervous of dentists should definitely go and see her

First Class ! After being on the move for many years, I was in need of some dental work and suffering with tooth pain. I was fortunate to find Banstead Dental Care willing to accept me as a new patient, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, and I was able to sign up for a dental plan. The ladies working on the front desk were so helpful, welcoming and polite; a dental review was duly arranged. My new dentist Rakhi was fantastic at explaining what was needed and her care and attention to my teeth has been brilliant. After a root canal with their specialist Jonathan who was excellent and a subsequent fitting of a crown and a couple fillings later with Rakhi, my dental health has been restored and I eat once again with total comfort. Never did I think I'd look forward to visiting a Dental Surgery, but I actually enjoyed my recent visits. A huge thank you to Rakhi, Jonathan and all the team at Banstead Dental Care, you've all been fantastic !

Desperate with tooth ache during the COVID-19 Pandemic with no ressponse from my regular dentist, I visited this surgery. From the beginning, a 5 star service. Required a Root Canal Treatment which Jonathan Lee did, he was excellent as I was very nervous. It was a fabulous result which was finished by a superb fitting of a crown by Marc Clery. The level of communication, reassurance and kindness with excellent professionalism from the whole practice made me feel so reassured, I have moved to this practice! Thank you Marc & Rakhi.

Highly recommend this surgery if, like me, you are nervous or scared of visiting the dentist. They explain fully what will happen and never rush the treatment, being really patient and kind despite my anxiety. I now book up to go regularly, where before I avoided going until I had a problem because I know that I will be treated with respect and understanding over my fears, which makes the whole process bearable. It’s a very professional service too, where you get reminders about your appointments and friendly, helpful reception ladies. If you’re feeling anxious, just tell them because they really will look after you!

My son's and I were patients at another private practice for 15 years until our circumstances changed. I was extremely nervous about the change but was recommended to this practice and took the plunge with both of my sons in tow, one of whom has regular check ups while his braces are in place and after care arranged for when they are removed.. Marcus has been brilliant. His manner is reassuring, informative and thorough. The dental nurses, reception staff and hygienists are all great. The payment plan is also a good idea.
